Boiler servicing should only be done by a qualified technician and normally is completed within one hour with little or no disturbance to you to customer.
We clean and check and if necessary repair any boiler components on both the ‘wet’ side and ‘dry’ side of the boiler.
We check gas input pressure and analyse C02 levels and we also provide each client with a free computerised analysis report including C02 levels to confirm your boiler is operating at maximum efficiency and is safe to use.

Boiler Upgrades
We can also upgrade your boiler with minimum disruption to you and in most cases your new high efficiency boiler will be up and running that evening. We also flush out your system and install a MagnaClean filter which will help prolong the life of your new boiler.
All Gas and Oil boilers installed after 31st March 2008 must be high efficiency (condensing) boilers. By upgrading high efficiency boiler you could heat your home for up to 40% less. If your gas boiler is over 10 years old you could save up to 50% by upgrading to a new boiler.
Condensing boilers are now mandatory. These are boilers with a 2nd heat exchanger installed so that the heat that would be been lost through the flue of an older boiler is now routed through the additional heat exchanger. The result is more heat at less cost.
