Insulated Cylinder Upgrades
By installing an insulated cylinder you can reduce heat loss dramatically. By reducing heat loss your stored water remains hotter for longer - reducing the need for reheat and boiler activity.
Cylinder upgrades can be completed with the minimum of disruption and your heating system will be up and running again more efficiently the same evening.
We also fit a thermostatic cylinder valve so you can control the temperature of your hot water. And where possible it will be split into a separate zone for the heating of your radiators.
Radiator Upgrades
If you have old low output radiators in your home we can supply and install new high output radiators giving you significant energy savings. We also fit thermostatic radiator valves so you can control the temperature of your radiators.
Thermostatic radiator valves work by allowing your radiators to heat up and when the desired air temperature in the room is reached the valve closes which turns off the radiator. If the air temperature drops below your setting the valve reopens and the room is returned to your desired temperature.
