Gas Heating Installations
We have completed 100’s of gas heating installations since we teamed up with Bord Gáis in 1999. However both boiler and heating systems have improved considerably since then with split zones and the latest boilers on the market offering efficiency levels of up to 92%.
We are specialists in new heating installations and upgrades and our service includes design, installation, re-piping etc. and the co-ordinator of external contractors such as electricians and builders.
Condensing boilers are now mandatory. These are boilers with a 2nd heat exchanger installed so that the heat that would be been lost through the flue of an older boiler is now routed through the additional heat exchanger. The result is more heat at less cost.
We also supply and install high efficiency Combination Boilers. These boilers contain a hot water storage vessel and do not require a hot water cylinder, great when space is tight plus the added benefit of instant hot water.
All our systems are split into heating zones. We install high output radiators with thermostatic controls and combined with an insulated cylinder this will save you money while minimising heat loss.
We can also install a MagnaClean filter which helps minimise iron oxide in your heating system, helping it run more efficiently and prolonging the life of your new high efficiency boiler.
